Why do you want get VIP?
because I always play on your server, I love, I have 2 years playing but did not have a USGN either decided to create it, sometimes reaching speed hack the server and it ruins the game I would like to be vip to give kick or BAN, the hakers, thanks.

He dont speak english, he use a translator (you can see it here: fwsserver.forumotions.net/t2745-vip-application-lfwsl-doghouserejected)
and for me, you are too new on the game to be VIP or MOD in any servers.

And as m&m said, vip cant ban and kick.

And I never saw you on the game, btw.

So, for me, it's a NO.
